Topics covered in the guide included Getting Started, Planning an Event, Sponsorship, Community Funding and Marketing. It also provided details about running specific events such as discos, gala days, food stalls, raffles, tours, auctions and more.

By the end of 2009, 20,000 FREE copies had been distributed to community groups throughout the country.

Just about everybody has a video or DVD recorder these days, so it�s easy for people to create their very own 'funniest home video'. Host a 'Funniest Home Video' competition and ask members to submit their movies for judging with a small entry fee.
