If you have an @xtra.co.nz email address and are not receiving your registration email from Exult, please try the following steps:


1. Go to xtramail.co.nz.

2. Sign in with your Xtra email address and password.

3. Select the 'Spam' folder.

4. Locate the email from 'Exult' with the subject 'Email address verification from Exult.co.nz'

5. Click the email from Exult to select it.

6. Click the 'Not Spam' button.

The email will then be moved to your inbox, and any further emails from Exult will be received correctly.
Open the email and click the link within to continue with your Exult registration.
