Booking and refund terms and conditions
- Payment must be received before the workshop date.
- Logistic details for the workshop (including Zoom details for online workshops) will be sent 7 days before the workshop, as long as payment has been received.
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- Registration fees are transferable to another participant or can be held as a credit to be used within 1 year.
- If the workshop is cancelled by Exult, an alternative date will be offered where possible, or a full refund is offered.
- Exult reserves the right to alter the programme course details or facilitator.
