In addition to our public workshops, we provide organisations with one-to-one in-house support. We do this in all sorts of ways, but most often it involves team workshops, planning sessions or individual mentoring. All of our in-house sessions can be customised to meet individual needs.

Introduction to Governance
This is a great workshop for Boards to do together, regardless of whether their trustees are new, long-standing or in between. This session enables trustees to get clear about their roles and responsibilities, discuss and agree upon Governance practices, and develop a road map for what is expected from here on in. The session takes 4 hours and can be delivered on evenings and Saturdays if required.
In this full day session, we take you through a step-by-step process to help you develop a user-friendly Strategic Plan. At the end of the workshop you will have a one-page document that provides big picture direction and practical strategies for moving your organisation forward. This workshop will change the way you look at Strategic Planning and give your organisation a useful tool for focusing effort and making decisions. The workshop can be delivered on Saturdays if required.

Problem Solving / Planning Sessions
Whatever problem you’re facing, we can help you look at the challenge with fresh eyes and generate loads of ideas or potential solutions. Once all the ideas are on the table, we help you identify the ones that might work best for your organisation and together we create an action plan of ‘where to from here’. Organisations have used these sessions to develop all sorts of plans including Volunteer Recruitment, Fundraising Events, Marketing Strategies and more. Workshops run from 3 hours to a full day.
