Exult Workshop Booking and Refund Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment must be received before the workshop date.
  2. Logistic details for the workshop (including Zoom details for online workshops) will be sent 7 days before the workshop, as long as payment has been received.
  3. Registration fees are non-refundable.
  4. Registration fees are transferable to another participant or can be held as a credit to be used within 1 year.
  5. If the workshop is cancelled by Exult, an alternative date will be offered where possible, or a full refund is offered.
  6. Exult reserves the right to alter the programme course details or facilitator.
