1. Payment must be received before the workshop date.
2. Logistic details for the workshop will be sent 7 days before the workshop, as long as payment has been received.
3. Registration fees are non-refundable.
4. Registration fees are transferable to another participant or can be held as a credit to be used within 1 year.
5. If the workshop is cancelled by Exult, an alternative date will be offered where possible, or a full refund is offered.
6. Exult reserves the right to alter the programme course details or facilitator.
