• The 7 key income streams for non-profit organisations An overview. Are you properly aware of your opportunities for each income stream and are you making the most of them?
• What is funding strategy? What is a funding plan? And how do they work together?
• Top tips for income streams Are you approaching the different income streams in the right way? What are the key ingredients for success and what can we learn from organisations who have been successful in raising funds across different income streams?
• Busting income stream myths: We also explore myths that might be holding you back from exploring each one.

During this session we focus on getting the foundations right to create your funding strategy your funding plans. We’ll dip into income streams – donations, sponsorship, grants, membership, earned income/social enterprise, traditional fundraising activities and contracts – and you’ll go away with ideas and frameworks to support you in creating a funding strategy and sustainable plan for your organisation.
